Collage making practise:

In preparation for this mural, we began looking at several ways to layout and create it. We began by printing out all of our photographs and arranging them on the table. We then created several cultural emblems and patterns to create a sense of unity. This was extended by the usage of hands in the colours of their flags.

Making it digital:

In addition to looking at the collage from a physical standpoint, we began to investigate it from a more digital point of view. These are some of the different styles and appoches we came up with.

Final Digital Outcome:

This final result was a neatly edited combined combination of all of our prior concepts, and it will serve as our guide and design for the mural itself.
